Turkey Crown - Rolled & Stuffed

This Turkey Crown Rolled & Stuffed is the perfect center piece for your holiday meal. Our expertly crafted turkey is rolled and stuffed with savoury ingredients to ensure a juicy and flavourful experience. Made with 100% natural ingredients this turkey is the perfect balance of taste and quality. Turkey crown boned rolled wrapped in bacon and stuffed with sage and onion stuffing (Gluten free stuffing available on request)

Cooking Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan)/200°C (conventional) or Gas Mark 6.

2. Remove the turkey crown from packaging and allow it to come to room temperature for 30 minutes.

3. Place in a roasting tray and cover loosely with foil.

4. Roast for approximately 40 minutes per kg, removing the foil for the last 30 minutes to crisp the bacon.

5. Ensure juices run clear and the internal temperature reaches at least 74°C.

6. Allow to rest for 20 minutes before carving for optimal juiciness.
